Text version
1. Could you specify the gasses required for the process?
A: Air with ability to add CO2
1. Specify the maximum and working flow rates for the gasses required.
A: Minimum 2 liters per minute and Maximum is 150 Liters per minute
1. What would be the requirement for the top-drive motor? For this size vessel our standard is the bottom-drive, however top drive is possible. Standard 140L uses 3x 155mm Rushton impellers @ 600 rpm (4.8 m/s tip speed) – this requires 24 Newton-meters of torque, which requires a large motor that is more easily mounted beneath the vessel A: Maximum agitation rate would be 300 rpm with Rushton impellers
1. Do they have plant steam available to use a heat exchanger in the wet-part? It may be easier to reach/hold 90C if we have steam instead of over-building the electric heater to bring 100 liters of water up from 20 to 90C.
A: yes plant steam is available.
