About this file

This document is a Payment Milestones Matrix for the RTD Mass Notification System Upgrade Project, associated with the Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Colorado. The payment schedule outlines a structured five-milestone approach for implementing a new mass notification software platform, with each milestone representing 20% of the total project cost. The milestones progress sequentially from Project Kickoff and Planning through Final Sign-off and Project Close, ensuring comprehensive coverage of project development stages.

Each milestone is tied to specific deliverables and purposes, including initial project scoping, environment setup, system testing and training, deployment and go-live activities, and final project closure. The payment structure incentivizes methodical project progression, with key deliverables at each stage such as design mockups, system configurations, testing completion, production environment deployment, document handover, and client sign-off. The approach includes provisions for post-deployment support, with 2-4 weeks of maintenance included in the deployment milestone, and emphasizes client alignment and satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
