Q: Could you assist us with the below as well? We need more details to these items highlighted below.
1. Front Rail, 60’'(w) x 3 ¾(h) (Qty: 2)
2. Front Rail, 30’'(w) x 3 ¾(h) (Qty: 2)
3. Gable Leg, 34¾” x 29” (Qty: 3)

Q: Do you have any additional info on the fume hoods specs? 36”W for a fume hood is uncommon. Is the hood ductless? Will a 48” fume hood suffice?
A: There is no fume hood listed in the post.
Q: Is installation required? Can you please tell me if installation is required for this opportunity?
A: We will only need delivered product for this project. No moving, storage, or instillation will be required (just the listed items delivered to the stated address).
Q: We notice a total of 4 sinks, however only 2 faucets are listed. Could you please confirm this is correct?
A: Only two sinks will have faucets (the trough sink and the peninsula end sink will be used just for draining).
Q: Is there a referenced BRAND these specifications align to?
A: If you require a brand to use as a reference for the items listed in the post it would be Mott Casework.
Q: Can you provide drawings? Do you have a drawing you can send of the layout?
A: See attachments.
Q: How do I get a DUNs number and register in SAM?
A: See the websites below. You need to apply for the DUNS number 1st if you company does not already have one. (Website # 1) and after you have received that number then you can register in SAMS (Website #2).
1. https://www.dnb.com/solutions/government/duns-number-request-guide.html
2. www.sam.gov
Your accounting department will know if you have a DUNS number; if you do have a DUNS number you can enter that 9 digit number into SAM and see if your company is registered and active. If you have any problems in SAM you will need to call the SAM’s Helpdesk at 866-606- 8220 unfortunately I cannot assist you in this government website.
Note: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), NOT a Request for proposal (RFP).
Sorry if there was any confusion concerning this.
