EN_3336___ & EN_3337 – Snowmobile Fleet Addition, Dixie NF Backcountry capable crossover type snowmobile for on and off trail missions. snowmobiles used at least weekly (25-30 trips per year) to allow operators of varying abilities to perform work missions during the winter months that could otherwise not be accomplished safely. Snowy condition access to Forest lands involving frequent backcountry (off-road) deep powder with various slope angle missions. Much of the District is snow covered from November through May, and only accessible by snow machine capable of travel in several feet of snow. Even popular egress areas are infrequently groomed so powder conditions are very common.
