About this file
This is a solicitation for ISO accreditation services for multiple laboratories and programs within the Food Safety and Inspection Service of the US Department of Agriculture. Offerors must provide ISO 17025 accreditation for three laboratories and ISO 17043 and 17034 accreditation for the Accredited Laboratory Program. Services include both on-site and desk audits over a five year base period and four one-year options. Offerors must submit pricing for the base year and individual option periods. The solicitation was amended twice, once to add additional provisions and clauses, and again to answer vendor questions. The closing date for proposals is December 8, 2023. Evaluation criteria include technical approach, past performance, personnel qualifications, and price. The award will be made to the best value offer based on these factors.
