About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers attachment from a federal contract solicitation (notice 1232SA26Q0095) regarding grounds maintenance services. It does not contain specific response dates, award dates, pricing terms, or set-asides, as it functions as clarification material for prospective contractors.

The contract concerns grounds maintenance for approximately 6.4 acres with no current incumbent. The scope is new and includes mowing of approximately 6.4 acres of turf/grass, with a purple hatched area explicitly excluded from the work. Specific maintenance requirements include shrub bed upkeep at the main gate entrance spanning approximately 100 linear feet, removal of downed limbs near trees, weed eating, and blowing grass and leaves from lanes and parking areas. An approximately 0.22-acre gravel area near the main entrance to the building requires weeding. No post-award submittals are required. The document clarifies that building footprints, gravel/parking areas, drainage features, and the designated purple hatched area are excluded from the mowable total and overall scope of work.
