Questions and Answers for Sol# 1232SA25Q0809
Q: Can you please review the attached and let me know if the 2-door unit would be acceptable?
A: I cannot review the product for technical acceptability as I am not the technical expert for this requirement and the technical expert cannot review it without a quote being submitted before the deadline. The procedures for how quotes will be reviewed is outline on page 15 of the “1232SA25Q0809 - RFQ Terms and Conditions”.
Q: It looks like the RFQ contains some lock-out specs around a specific chamber that you have already picked out. If this is the case, can you please let me know? We meet all the specs except: (1) the exact dimensions (both internal and external) and (2) the USB and lighting.
A: “Attachment 2– Specifications (Specs)” includes the minimum salient characteristics that a product quoted would need to meet to be considered technically acceptable. The exterior dimensions referenced are the maximums the product could be and the interior dimensions are the minimum it must have to be considered technically acceptable. It must have a USB port and LED lights to be considered technically acceptable.
Q: Is there a lead time requirement?
A: The time given to make delivery is listed under 3.0 of “Attachment 2 – Specifications
(Specs)” which is 120 days after award.
Q: Will you be conducting stability testing and does the product need to be compliant with ICH standards?
A: The end user does not conduct pharmaceutical research. As such the chamber meeting ICH standards is not a requirement.
Q: What is the input voltage?
A: 115/120 V
