STATEMENT OF WORK

CGC ACTIVE Waste Oil Offload

BACKGROUND: USCGC ACTIVE, based out of Port Angeles, WA, requires an Offload of up to 3,000 gallons of Waste Oil.

1. SCOPE:

Dates: 1 Day: 19 September 2025. Alternate Date: 23 September 2025 Location: 1 Ediz Hook Rd., Port Angeles, WA 98362 Time: 0800-1600

a. Labor:

i. Technicians to operate truck/pump, handle hose, and operate suction for cleaning

ii. 8 hour workday

iii. Interface with CG Rep

b. Travel

i. Travel Expenses including any travel charges, MI&E and cost of transporting waste oil.

c. Materials

i. Offload and disposal of up to 3,000 gallons of waste oil.

ii. Vacuum truck cannot drive on pier. Vendor will need to supply at least 400 ft. of hose to reach ship’s deck connection.

2. REQUIREMENTS: The vendor will provide a vacuum truck, and transport/dispose of all oily waste at an approved disposal facility. A CG Rep will assist in establishing proper connections and tanks, and operating all onboard equipment. Due to pier weight restrictions, vendor must also supply approximately 400 feet of hose to run from the truck to where the cutter is moored at the end of the pier. Shipboard 2 inch female connection required. This length of hose will reach the deck connection point. The vendor must also have a spill response plan in place, and be exercised in the proper response procedures if a spill was to occur. When providing quote, please include your DUNS Number.
