1. Who is the incumbent contractor?
The current vendor is Superior Janitorial Group, LLC
2. On the previous contract, what was the full contract amount?
Previous contract number is 12639518C0040. The amount for the base and all exercised options was $58,406.00
3. How many employees are in the building on a daily basis?
8 employees work in this building on a daily basis
4. How many employees have provided janitorial services to this building before?
The USG does not dictate how many employees a vendor should use. Vendor must comply with the SOW, how many employees are used to that end is up to the vendor, but this will be a Firm Fixed Type contract.
5. Do you have an estimate for supplies used in the past?
The program would have to check purchase records because they’ve been supplying all paper products, i.e. paper towels and toilet paper. The SOW does not require the contractor to supply paper products, only the following: “The contractor shall provide all cleaning supplies, equipment, trash can liners, labor, supervision, and shall be properly licensed, insured and bonded.”
6. Who is the point of contact for a site visit?
