About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity to replace the Brain Vision EEG system used by the Neurorehabilitation & Applied Biomechanics (NAB) section at the NIH Clinical Center.
The key requirements include a 64-channel live amp EEG system compatible with the existing BrainVision software, accessories, and cabling. Two 32-channel actiCAP slim bundle kits and associated cables and adapters are also required, along with 64-channel EEG caps in various sizes. The system must meet or exceed specifications for A/D conversion, sampling rate, wireless data transmission, and peripheral measure recording capabilities. The contract has a period of performance of 6 months for delivery within 10 weeks for in-stock items and 3 months for backordered items. The contract will be awarded on an other than full and open competition basis to Brain Vision LLC, the sole US distributor of Brain Products EEG systems, due to the need for compatibility with the existing software and hardware.

STATEMENT OF WORK
Brain Vision EEG System Replacement
BACKGROUND:
The Neurorehabilitation & Applied Biomechanics (NAB) section in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department are has three active clinical protocols that include EEG as part of data collection. The existing Brain Products LiveAmp EEG system is nearly five years old, and we require a replacement to ensure the seamless continuation of our protocols. Further, the new EEG system should integrate with the existing NAB EEG software and hardware, allowing us to only buy the system itself and not repurchase add-ons, for instance the Eprime software that is otherwise bundled into new system quotes.
