PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT

1. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK:

This is a supplemental performance work statement (PWS) to Task Group Instruction (TGI) 3869D55106-A01 to help define the scope of the contract; identifies technical reference documents applicable to performance of this contract; and describes the general tasks that the Government will require under this contract in support of the

Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), Yokosuka is requesting OEM contractor to receive, overhaul and return 10 each High-Pressure Air Reducing manifolds in accordance with TGIs and references listed in paragraph 2.

2. REFERENCES:

The following references are applicable and the contractor must comply with the references listed:

3. REQUIREMENTS:

3.1. Contractor to receive, overhaul and return 10 each High-Pressure Air Reducing manifolds in accordance with TGIs and references listed in paragraph 2.

4. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY/SERVICES:

4.1. SRF JRMC will ship 10 each High-Pressure Air Reducing manifolds as listed in TGI reference 2.1.

5. CONTRACTOR FURNISHED PROPERTY:

The contractor shall provide all equipment and material necessary (including appropriate poppet, seat, and soft materials of each manifold) to complete the work required, except those listed in Government Furnished Property.

None. If travel is required, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

Combating Trafficking in Persons - Using mindful observance and attentive listening the Surveillance Officer will monitor the contractor’s performance regarding trafficking in persons such that non-compliance with FAR clause 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, is brought to the immediate attention of the contracting officer.

All times the Surveillance Officer interfaces with the contractor
