Requirements:

Complete vehicles with little to no damage. The body of all vehicles must be intact. Prefer all glass and mirrors intact. Vehicles do not need to run, but all wheels need to roll and all fluids and differential must be drained prior to delivery.

Required vehicles:

- 10 x 2 door Bongo trucks (deliver 5 to WSMR, 5 to China Lake)

- 10 x 4 door Bongo trucks (deliver 5 to WSMR, 5 to China Lake)

- 6 x Full Glass Roof SUVs (Kia Sorento’s or Hyundai Santa Fe’s) (deliver 4 to WSMR, 2 to China

Lake)

- 4 x Full Glass Roof Sedans (Kia Cadenzas or Kia Optima’s or Hyundai Sonata’s) (deliver 2 to

WSMR, 2 to China Lake ) NOTE: Det-1 concurs with procuring interchangeable models for the SUVs and Sedans (i.e.

Hyundai Santa Fe/ Hyundai Tucson)

Delivery Dates:

- 9 Jul 15: 5 x two door Bongo trucks, 5 x four door Bongo trucks to China Lake

- 9 Jul 15: 2 x Kia Sedans and 2 x Kia SUVs to China Lake

- 30 Jul 15: 5 x two door Bongo trucks, 5 x four door Bongo trucks to WSMR

- 30 Jul 15: 4 x Kia SUVs and 2 x Kia Sedans to WSMR

NOTE: Early delivery is encouraged within constraint of a single delivery to WSMR and no more than two separate deliveries to China Lake

Special Instructions: Bingham is the nearest town. Delivery location is 30 South of Stallion Range Center. Shipper must call to specify type of equipment that will be needed for offload, if any. Shipper must call 3-4 days prior to delivery to ensure someone will meet them at Stallion and escort them to Zumwalt Test Track. There are NO offloading docks at delivery location. There is a forklift if needed.

Basic travel directions: If coming from I-25 take exit 139 (San Antonio, NM) and head East on Hwy 380.

Turn right onto Hwy 525 just after MM 12. Green sign will read "White Sands Missile Range, Stallion Range Center". Take Hwy 525 for four miles (Southbound). Meet POC at Security gate for escort to delivery location. Call POC approx. 24 hours prior to delivery to ensure everything is set. POC is Jeff Davies, 575-993-0785.

If coming from Hwy 54 take Hwy 380 Westbound from Carrizozo, NM, take a left after MM 13 onto Hwy

525. Same as above from here.
