About this file

This document is a single source justification for a Department of Veterans Affairs contract award. The contract is for supply probes from Glenbrook Technologies, Inc. with an estimated value of $68,796. Market research found no other suppliers that could meet the requirement due to the urgent need and specialized nature of the probes. An intent to sole source notice was posted on SAM.gov from July 18 to July 25, 2023 which received two inquiries but did not result in any offers that could fulfill the requirement. The contracting officer certified the justification as accurate and complete. The related solicitation was for borescopes from Steris Instrument, a small business, with number 36C25023Q0946.
