5) Q_Please provide a version of the RFP PDF that is searchable in order to be able to fully and properly evaluate all requirements in the RFP.

A_A searchable document will not be provided.

6) Q_ Please extend the proposal submission deadline.

A_The current solicitation is for a secondary ISP line. The existing ISP line contract is nearing its end date and will soon be re-competed. Therefore we will stay with the current schedule as posted, but we encourage all qualified vendors to look out for the upcoming opportunity as mailto:gmac@loc.gov mailto:tluc@loc.gov well. However, if selected for this requirement (Secondary ISP) you will not be able to compete for the other upcoming requirement (Primary ISP).

7) Q_Please clarify the Past Performance requirement. What do we submit with the proposal if our clients are submitting the form directly to the Library?

A_ The submitted questionnaires from your clients will be your submission for the past performance volume. However, you may submit a list of the companies which have received your form to the Library with your proposal.
