Statement of Work

HP1 VIC HVAC

Compressor Replacement

Replacement of Compressor in HP1 HVAC unit at the Blanchard Springs Visitor Information Center.

Listed below will be work performed.

Recover any remaining refrigerant and dispose of per EPA Regulations Demo and remove defective compressor, haul o Flush system with chemical cleaner Demo and remove thermostatic expansion valve and heat pump reversing valve Replace system access port valve stem cores Install compressor with factory replacement Install factory replacement TXV valve and reversing valve Install compressor contactor and bi-flow heat pump refrigerant drier Evacuate and leak test circuit. Weigh in fresh R410a refrigerant charge and start system with approximately 75# refrigerant Adjust superheat and sub-cooling Log operations
