STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
2023 Ram Power Wagon VIN #: 3C6TR5CJ5PG632316 Vehicle #3380
The Flathead NF, is requesting a Command Package Buildup for fire Command vehicle.
Special Information and Instructions for Vendor
* Fire command decals and striping will be supplied to vendor by agency upon award.
-Command Vehicle Identifier: MT-FNF-SUPT10
Items to be supplied & Installed by vendor:
- 53" Full width light bar – fully populated Red/White with takedown and alley lights with Traffic Advisor.
- Grill Lights x2 -8" angled center console with trim plates to house the Bendix King mobile radio, model DMHx -Siren Speaker -Siren Bracket (2023 Ram Power Wagon) -Lights & Siren Controller -Master Switch
Items supplies by Forest Service to be installed by Vendor:

| - Wiring for mobile radio |
| - Mobile Radio- Bendix King DMHx |
| - All Decals and Striping |
* Installation of grill lights in location easily visible to traffic
* Installation of light bar centered on cab roof fore best visibility.
*Installation of Siren Bracket and lights & siren controller near or attached to center console for easy driver use.
* Installation of all wires and cables for the Bendix King radio and antenna, plus supplied charge guard.
Vendor will be tasked with Pre wiring Center Console and installing BK DMHx radio and running coaxial plus mounting exterior antenna. (BK Radio will be powered through the charge guard and the charge guard will be in such a location that the operator will have easy access to adjust settings. Charge Guard should be preset for 15 minutes.
* Master Switch- To be mounted on center console, controlling Lights and Siren Controller. BK Radio will NOT be wired through Master Switch.
* Install provided decals onto command vehicle, (see Striping & Decal Specification sheet for details)
Pickup & Delivery - Vendor will be responsible for pickup and delivery of vehicle from Flathead NF Supervisor’s Office, 650 Wolfpack Way. Kalispell, MT. 59901 Period of Performance (POP) - The Flathead NF requires that the vehicle is back and operational by 12/31/23 unless further approval is requested and given.

Should there be any additional issues noted once Vendor starts the Command Package Buildup, the contracted vendor SHALL contact the POC immediately prior to commencing work.
