The objective of this Master IDIQ is to support the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) in conducting a thorough scientific analysis of mathematical and statistical methods and algorithms (e.g. system dynamics models, agent-based models, and bioinformatics methods for text analytics and topic modeling), validate existing and develop new mathematical and statistical methods and algorithms, assess the overlap of data collection procedures and statistical analysis requirements, and data quality validation and statistical analyses of data resulting from CTPÂ’s enforcement activities. The fulfillment of the objectives of this contract will aid CTP in the implementation of the Tobacco Control Act.
