The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Master IDIQ as an 8(a) small business set-aside to support the National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (NCEZID). The scope of services includes professional support services in the following three areas: (1) Development, enhancement and operation of various program operations support services, including administrative support, are needed to maintain ongoing operations and maintain accountability and transparency. Division of Global Migration and Quarantine (DGMQ) research and laboratory activities require support in developing and implementing research studies. (2) Communication, education and training of internal staff and internal and external partners are critical to programmatic success of DGMQ. (3) Consulting support services in refining and enhancing the organizations strategic plan, developing the organizational structure and related processes to support the strategic plan, as well as a variety of consulting services in which recommendations are provided on implementing the organizational design, managing changing and developing the workforce to meet organizational objectives.
