USAID has awarded five indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts (IDIQ) to acquire innovative practices from the fields of marketing, design, and advertising for health communication programming worldwide. The project (Translating Effective Practices from Research, Marketing and Design, or Transform) provides specialized technical assistance in behavior change and communication to USAID Missions and their implementing partners, which includes rigorous monitoring and/or evaluation, documentation, and diffusion of effective practices.
