The Department of the Army Corps of Engineers has awarded multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts under a MATOC to support construction requirements across Central America through 2026. The IDV awards have a total value of $49 million over five years and were awarded on a multiple award basis to S L S Co. LTD doing business as S L S. The original solicitation sought design-build contractors to provide vertical and horizontal construction, site work, surveys, security features, utilities, and safety work for facilities in Central America. Scope includes administrative buildings, barracks, warehouses, hangars, schools, motor pools and may involve new construction, repairs, upgrades or modifications. Task orders will require application of building codes and force protection standards. The minimum guarantee for each IDV is $1,000 and the first task order awarded to S L S is for $1,000 to satisfy the minimum amount. Work under the task order will be performed in Mobile, Alabama through July 2026. The agency aims to leverage these IDV contracts to complete a range of military construction and support projects for partner nations in the region. Contractors must have experience adhering to host country requirements and coordinating with both Corps of Engineers personnel and local authorities throughout project execution.
