This Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) was awarded by the U.S. Army's Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) to Planned Systems International Inc. (Psi), a minority-owned and Asian-Pacific American-owned small business. The $35.6 million single-award IDC provides technical assessment and knowledge support services, with an initial performance period through June 2026.
Under this IDC, Psi has received several task orders to date. These include a $9.8 million cost-plus-fixed-fee task order for TAK Product Center Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support, a $9.6 million cost-plus-fixed-fee task order for SAIB (Scientific and Analytical Information Branch) program support, and an earlier $9 million cost-plus-fixed-fee task order for TAK SETA services. These task orders indicate Psi is providing a range of technical, analytical, and program management services to support RDECOM's mission, with a focus on areas like command and control, sensors, and intelligence systems. Psi's experience as a prime contractor on other major IDV contracts, such as the OASIS IDIQ, further demonstrates its capability to deliver complex IT and professional services across the federal landscape.
