The Department of Labor (DOL) has awarded a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, known as a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), to provide architectural and engineering (A/E) services in support of the Job Corps program nationwide. The $30 million IDIQ contract is a 100% small business set-aside and has a 5-year ordering period, with a minimum $2.5 million guarantee per awardee. The contract will provide a wide range of A/E services, including architecture, civil/structural/MEP engineering, construction administration, and master planning for new construction and modernization projects at Job Corps facilities across the United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. Task orders will be competitively issued to the selected IDIQ contractors based on criteria such as relevant experience, specialized personnel qualifications, capacity, and geographic coverage. This contract aligns with the DOL's efforts to maintain and improve its nationwide network of Job Corps training centers through construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
