The federal contract IDV is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awarded by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center to Precision Fabricating & Cleaning Company, Inc., a specialized aerospace manufacturer based in Cocoa, Florida.
