HDR Engineering, Inc. was awarded a multiple award Basic Ordering Agreement by the General Services Administration to provide project support services under the FPISC BOA FAST41 program. The agreement has a potential value of one dollar and a period of performance through February 2024. Under the agreement, HDR will deliver architect-engineer, design, project management, and technical services to federal agencies on an as-needed basis to support infrastructure projects.
HDR holds several indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicles with federal agencies that further define the pre-competed scope of services to be provided. These include a $20 million IDV with the Army Corps of Engineers Northwestern Division for railroad and roadway support, a $118 million IDV with the same agency for civil and military project design and studies, a $125 million multiple award IDV through the Army Corps MATOC program for military planning and project support, and a $15 million blanket purchase agreement with the Federal Highway Administration for engineering services. Task orders under these vehicles have funded services for infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, environmental assessments, and planning studies at Army and Air Force installations as well as other government facilities.
