THE APPLICATION SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES OPERATING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAINTAINING AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE THE PURCHASE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL BUS DISINFECTING EQUIPMENT. THE FUNDS WILL BE ADMINISTERED AS DEFINED BY 49 U.S.C. 5307(A)(2) FOR URBANIZED AREA FORMULA PROGRAM ASSISTANCE.
