Project Grant HA267

The Inter-American Foundation (IAF) awarded a $325,230 Project Grant under the IAF Assistance for Overseas Programs (CFDA 85.750) to the Organisation Bombardopolitaine A La Recherche DU Developpement (OBRED) to improve food security and economic opportunities for farmers in Haiti's North West Department. The grant supports OBRED's efforts to diversify agricultural activities, increase livestock production, and provide necessary supplies to local farmers. Additionally, the funding strengthens small businesses by increasing their access to credit. This award advances the IAF's strategic initiatives to promote sustainable agriculture, strengthen food security, and support viable livelihoods in Latin America and the Caribbean.
