THIS SERVICE PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION FOR THE ELDERLY TRIBAL MEMBERS WHO NEED TO REACH MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AT THE TRIBAL HEALTH SERVICES CLINIC OR NEED TO REACH THEIR JOBS AT THE GRAND PEQUOT TOWER THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR RESIDENTS WITHOUT PRIVATELY OWNED VEHICLES. THE BREAKDOWN OF FEDERAL FUNDING GOES TOWARDS SALARIES FOR A MOBILITY MANAGER DRIVER SALARIES FRINGE BENEFITS AND FUEL. THERE IS A GAP IN FUNDING FOR FY23 BUT THIS WILL BE COVERED IN A FUTURE GRANT.2. REPAIRS TO THE MASHANTUCKET PEQUOT MAINTENANCE FACILITY - $4873A.
