The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded a $3,999,045 project grant to World Vision Inc. under the USAID Foreign Assistance for Programs Overseas (CFDA #98.001) program. The grant will support World Vision's delivery of humanitarian assistance in Haiti from July 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022.
The USAID Foreign Assistance for Programs Overseas supports long-term economic growth and advances U.S. foreign policy objectives through programs that support health, agriculture, trade, democracy, and conflict prevention initiatives. This project grant aligns with those goals by providing $3.99 million to World Vision to fund humanitarian relief services in Haiti through August 2022.
