PURPOSE: RECONSTRUCT RUNWAY. THIS GRANT INCLUDES FUNDING BY THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT OF 2021 TO INCREASE THE FEDERAL SHARE TO 100 PERCENT FOR THE AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (AIP).
