The Research Foundation for the State University of New York (RF SUNY) received a $2,790,053 Project Grant award from the National Science Foundation's STEM Education (formerly Education and Human Resources) Program (CFDA 47.076) to establish the Northeast Consortium for Advanced Integrated Silicon Technologies (NCAIST).
