The Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living awarded a $242,162 Block Grant to the Alabama Department of Senior Services on March 1, 2022 under the ACL Independent Living State Grants (CFDA 93.369) program. The grant is to be completed by September 30, 2024.
The purpose of the grant is to expand and improve the provision of independent living services for individuals with significant disabilities in Alabama.
