The University of California Irvine received a $119,789 National Science Foundation Project Grant under the Mathematical and Physical Sciences program (CFDA 47.049) to conduct collaborative research on understanding exoplanets orbiting fully convective stars. The three-year award beginning September 1, 2021 will support using the Habitable-Zone Planet Finder to advance scientific knowledge of major problems confronting the Nation by increasing understanding of exoplanets that may potentially support life.
