The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program awarded a $9,604,329 Project Grant to Changing Homelessness, Inc., a non-profit organization serving as the lead agency for the FL-510 Continuum of Care in Northeast Florida.
