ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION, COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, FISCAL AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY, LEGAL ASSISTANCE, INCLUDING COST RECOVERY AND LITIGATION ACTIVITIES, AND ADMINISTRATIVE AND GENERAL CLERICAL/TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
