The federal Formula Grant award of $930,108, provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) under the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program (CFDA 93.150), supports services for individuals suffering from serious mental illness, serious mental illness and substance abuse disorders, and/or homelessness or imminent risk of homelessness in the state of Oklahoma.
