CTA WILL USE THIS BRIDGE AS A CONDUIT FOR A PUBLIC TRAM SERVICE TO HELP MANAGE THE TRAVEL DEMANDS CREATED BY THESE DEVELOPMENTS AS WELL AS PROVIDING A DEDICATED CONNECTION TO THE THREE CTA FACILITIES.
