QUALIFYING STATES MUST MEET STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS AND CAN ALSO RECEIVE FUNDING FOR ADOPTION AND ENFORCEMENT A MANDATORY ALCOHOL-IGNITION INTERLOCK LAWS AND 24/7 SOBRIETY PROGRAMS.
