THIS AGREEMENT IS FUNDED BY THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AND JOBS ACT (IIJA) (PL 117-58) FOR THE RECIPIENT'S CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING FUND PROGRAM.ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED INCLUDE PROVIDING LOW INTEREST FINANCING TO NUMEROUS SUBRECIPIENTS.SUBRECIPIENT:SUBAWARDS WILL SUPPORT CLEAN WATER PROJECTS THROUGH LOAN AGREEMENTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF TENNESSEE.
