THE PURPOSE OF THE STATE REVOLVING FUNDS (SRFS) PROGRAM OF CAPITALIZATION GRANTS IS TO ALLOW STATES TO PROVIDE A LONG-TERM SOURCE OF FINANCING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF OTHER WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITIES:THE RECIPIENT OF THESE FUNDS PROVIDES LOW INTEREST FINANCING TO NUMEROUS SUBRECIPIENTS.SUBRECIPIENT:SUBAWARDS ARE FUNDS TO BE PROVIDED TO SUBRECIPIENT TO BE USED EFFECTIVELY FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROJECTS.
