UNDER THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT, THE CAMDEN REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY WILL DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A SITE-SPECIFIC PROGRAM TO ASSESS THE 7TH & KAIGHN 'BROWNFIELD' PROPERTY WHOSE EXPANSION, REDEVELOPMENT OR REUSE MAY BE COMPLICATED BY THE PRESENCE OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES. THIS PROGRAM WILL TARGET THE 7TH & KAIGHN SITE TO ENCOURAGE REDEVELOPMENT.
