No. 1 Ship Service Air Compressor (SSAC) Service
The Department of the Navy's Naval Supply Systems Command has issued a Special Notice for the "No. 1 Ship Service Air Compressor (SSAC) Service" requirement. The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) requires the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to provide repair services on the No. 1 Ship Service Air Compressor to restore it to the Original Manufacturer's specifications. The government has prepared a Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition and intends to sole source this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by November 20, 2024 at 11 AM PST. The government will consider all responses from responsible sources to determine if a competitive solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Respondents should provide clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements, including general information, technical background, and detailed descriptions of their ability to support these needs.
