THE EFFORT WILL REQUIRE ADDITION OF CONDUIT AND HAND HOLES (HH) EXTENDED FROM THE EXISTING BASE FIBER RING MAINTENANCE HOLES (MH) AND AREA DISTRIBUTION NODES (ADN), TO EUBS.
